Frequently Asked Questions

Can you really apply at the MA 35 without an appointment?

Yes. As a law firm, we can submit citizenship and residence applications directly to the MA 35 without you needing to attend an appointment in person. This is one of the biggest practical advantages of legal representation.

What does full representation cost?

The initial consultation costs € 180 deducted from the package price if you engage us. Application filing with immediate submission starts at € 1,500. Full legal representation throughout the MA 35 procedure is € 3,600. For priority handling, monthly in-person consultations, document procurement, and appeal against a negative decision, the all-inclusive package is € 6,000. All costs are agreed upfront  no surprises.

How long will my procedure take?

The fastest case at our firm was resolved in 3 months  from application to positive decision. The longest took just under a year, including a Säumnisbeschwerde. On average, with Dr. Klammer representing you, you should expect 6–8 months.

What is a default complaint and do I need one?

A default complaint is a legal remedy that compels the MA 35 to act when it has not issued a decision within 6 months of the application being filed. We monitor every deadline and file the complaint immediately once the deadline has passed. This can be done regardless of whether you submitted the application on your own or with Dr. Klammer.

Which documents do I need?

The required documents depend on your individual case naturalization, citizenship through marriage, descent, and other pathways each have different requirements. We go through everything in detail during the initial consultation for € 180.
